How do I submit a new loan file?

Click "Start Intake Form" above. Fill in the borrower info, loan type, client company, and lender. We receive it instantly, create your Drive folder, and get to work. The whole form takes about 3 minutes.

How will I know what's happening on my files?

Two ways: a daily digest email each morning with every active file's status, and milestone alerts that fire automatically when a file hits submission, CTC, closing scheduled, or closed. You'll never need to ask "what's the status?" again.

What loan types do you handle?

Conventional, FHA, and Non-QM. Each loan type has specific SOP steps baked in. Let us know if you're working with specialty products and we'll adapt.

What's your condition turnaround time?

Our target is 48 business hours from document receipt to reviewed and ready to resubmit. Every condition is tracked individually with a logged SLA clock so nothing slips.

Do you contact my borrowers directly?

Only with your permission. Each client company has a configurable contact policy: LO Only, Processor Allowed, or Both. We follow your preference on every file.

What software do you use?

Google Workspace — Sheets, Drive, Gmail, and Google Forms for intake. No proprietary platform to learn. Your data lives in your Google Drive, always accessible to you.
